Amit Urban is experienced with 1031 Exchanges and has advised clients on solutions and strategies to optimize their real estate holdings that meet their goals. Growing up in a family of real estate professionals, Amit early on saw how smart investing has helped people generate wealth and free them to live the way they dreamed. Now, as a real estate professional for over ten years, Amit works with local rental property owners and investors helping them maximize their returns, guide them through regulations, and build the plan to achieve the lifestyle they’ve desired.

 

Amit is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California and has successfully obtained his Series 22 (Direct Participation) and 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) securities licenses. Amit graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles and is fluent in Chinese and Hebrew.

He is a eight-year veteran of the industry, specializing in 1031 Exchanges, DSTs and alternative investments. He previously worked for Cantor Fitzgerald, Realty Capital Securities and Steadfast Securities. He earned his bachelor’s degree from California State University Long Beach in Finance. He is Series 7 and 63 licensed.
